Today G-Force professional services not only focuses on the traditional guard and premises protection but to provide profession- al licensed and registered security officer services as well as loss prevention and risk management. In doing so we are able to gain our client’s respect and affords our team the ability to manage our client’s specific security and life safety plan in order to maintain their business continuity thereby enabling us to be more than a cost center on our client’s balance sheet.
Service Specialties
At G-Force, the focus and primary objective of our sales team is customer retention. Our aim in providing our client’s with a uniquely customized security plan begins with the hiring process. Our Human Resources team screens all applicants in order to select high caliber, qualified, professional security personnel, and will ensure that all security officers have successfully passed the background screening process, completed all of the required training and receive any necessary certifications or licensing
as required by the State of Texas.
Our Operations management team will provide the necessary oversight in order to implement the client’s approved security plan. In doing so, G-Force assures our clients that our security officers are following
the appropriate security measures as delineated in their approved and customized security plan. Our job
site supervision includes a reporting metrics which is available to our clients based on their specific needs and is a valuable tool in assessing additional security measures that may need to be addressed.I’m your About section. Our History
G-Force Security, a FAST Group Company was founded in 2016 by Francisco J. Guerrero in order to provide high quality, affordable security services to the Central and South Texas Region. G-Force was created after the corporate restructuring of a reputable private security company that Mr. Guerrero had founded in 2001 in an effort to establish a higher level of professionalism in the contract security services, private investigations and security training industry.
In 2009, Mr. Guerrero managed the performance of a seven year, multi-million dollar federal con- tract with the Department of Homeland Security based in New York State at a detention facility and employed 400+ detention officers whose responsibilities included infirmary care, perimeter control, secured area/controlled access to the facility, and the transport of detainees.
In 2011 under the Valley Metro Group (VMG) Company, Mr. Guerrero continued his expansion of security services on an international level and founded Valley Metro Security-Nicaragua (VMS- Nicaragua) based in Managua, Nicaragua. VMS-Nicaragua is a very successful division of the FAST Group company and employs over 600 security officers of which 85% are armed with transnational customers such as Wal-Mart, Coca Cola, Next Level Apparel, and Cemex to name but a few.
The FAST Group Company is a leading provider of uniform security services striving to continuously raise the standards in the private security industry. We provide highly trained and qualified uniform security officers and armed officers to major corporations, private entities, educational institutions, public arenas and Federal and State agencies for a variety of security needs.
